Environs Systems Group, Inc. (Environs) was founded in April 1976 by twenty-one planning professionals embracing a wide spectrum of disciplines including Town and Urban Planners, Environmentalists, Market Planners, Transport Planners, Architects, Sociologists, Anthropologists, Economists, Financial Planners, Institutional Organizers, and Public Administration Experts.
For all large-scale planning works, the firm incorporates innovative development controls and harmonized zoning ordinances that are indispensable components of the planning approach.
Through its almost five decades of professional practice, Environs has planned more than nine hundred thousand hectares of land. Its project experience covers university campuses, sports facilities, industrial estates, city plans, agri-resort towns, tourism estates, residential communities, planned-unit-developments, commercial complexes, business parks, seaport facilities, reclamation sites, and several medium-scale site planning work.
In some major projects, the firm has worked alongside Filipino and foreign planning firms. Among these are the world's largest and most prestigious planning and engineering firms.
